Not happy with your purchase? You have 14 days from delivery to return it for a full refund. No hassle, no arguing. Here’s how it works.

When Can You Return?

Unworn and in original condition. The watch needs to come back the way it arrived — unworn, tags on, packaging intact. If there are signs of wear, we can’t accept the return. That’s the one firm rule.

Something arrived wrong. If your watch is defective or doesn’t match what was shown in your QC photos, that’s on us. Full refund or exchange, and we cover the return shipping too.

The Return Process

Let us know within 14 days. Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the reason. After the 14-day window closes, we can’t process returns.

Send it back with tracking. Use any courier that provides a tracking number. You cover return shipping unless the issue was our fault — wrong item, defective watch, that sort of thing.

We inspect it. Takes 2 to 3 business days once it arrives. We’re checking that it matches the return conditions — unworn, original packaging, no damage.

Refund goes out. If everything checks out, your money goes back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fees from the original order aren’t refundable.

Why Returns Are Rare

Here’s the thing — we don’t just send your watch and hope for the best. Every piece goes through a QC inspection before it ships. You get 8 to 12 photos and a video of the actual watch sitting on our table. You approve it. Then it ships. That process catches problems before they become your problems.

But film your unboxing anyway. Seriously. In the rare case something gets damaged in transit, having that video on hand makes resolution much faster.

  • Package didn’t show up? Contact the courier first with your tracking number. If they can’t resolve it within a few days, reach out to us and we’ll step in.
  • Your privacy matters. Any personal info you share during the return process is used solely for handling your return. Nothing else. Full GDPR compliance.
