12-Month Movement Guarantee
Every watch from APreplica.to comes with a 12-month warranty covering movement defects and manufacturing faults. If something breaks that shouldn’t have, we fix it or replace it.
What’s Covered
Movement Defects
Your automatic movement stops keeping time under normal use. That includes rotor issues, escapement problems, and gear train failures. Basically, if the internals fail on their own — that’s on us.
Manufacturing Faults
Finishing defects on the case, bracelet links that fail, or dial issues that were present at delivery but didn’t show up in QC photos. Things that slipped past inspection.
Crown & Pusher Issues
Screw-down crown won’t engage properly? Chronograph pushers stopped responding? If it’s a manufacturing defect rather than damage from a drop, we’ll take care of it.
Crystal Seal
Sapphire crystal delamination or seal failure that wasn’t caused by impact. Surface scratches from daily wear don’t count — that’s just life with a watch.
What’s Not Covered
- Drops and impacts. Accidents happen, but the warranty doesn’t cover them.
- Water damage from submersion beyond the watch’s rated resistance
- Normal wear — scratches, minor discolouration over time
- Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications by a third party
- Battery swaps on quartz models and routine maintenance

Tell us your order number, describe the issue, and send photos or a short video showing the problem. We’ll review everything within 2 to 3 business days. If the fault falls under warranty, we arrange a repair or send a replacement at no cost to you.
After 12 Months
The warranty period ends, but our support doesn’t. We can point you to watchmakers who know their way around Swiss-clone movements. And honestly, just reach out whenever. We’ve been doing this long enough to help troubleshoot most issues over email, even outside the warranty window.
