We ship to nearly every country on the planet. Every order goes out through DHL or FedEx from our Hong Kong warehouse, fully insured and tracked from door to door. Shipping is free. No minimum order, no hidden fees.

How It Works

We prepare your order. Processing takes 2 to 3 business days. If you’ve ordered something custom or we’re in a busy period, it might run a bit longer — we’ll let you know.

QC before it ships. We photograph your actual watch — 8 to 12 detailed shots plus a video. You review everything. Nothing leaves until you give the green light.

Out the door. Once approved, we hand it to DHL or FedEx at our Hong Kong facility. You’ll get a tracking number and link by email that same day.

At your door. Most orders land in 12 to 16 business days. Plain packaging, zero branding on the outside. One thing to note — tracking can take up to 5 days to update after dispatch.

Customs & Duties

We handle it. Our private shipping channel deals with customs clearance so you don’t have to. The overwhelming majority of orders arrive duty-free. No surprise charges at your door.

And if something goes sideways? We cover it. If customs ever delays your order or hits you with charges, we’ll reimburse those fees or reship the order on us. Period.

Packaging & Cost

Shipping is free on every order. Your watch leaves our Hong Kong warehouse in secure, unmarked packaging — nothing on the outside to indicate what’s inside. If a parcel doesn’t arrive, we send a replacement at no charge.
