Built to a Standard, Not a Price Point
Miyota 9015 automatic in most models. Some Royal Oak pieces run a clone 3120 caliber instead. Both hack and hand-wind. Power reserve sits around 68-72 hours depending on the caliber, so you can leave one on the nightstand over a weekend and pick it up Monday still ticking.
Sapphire on the front. Sapphire on the caseback too. You can see the rotor spin through the back, and the front will not scratch from keys or a desk edge. AR coating on both sides cuts the glare. Pretty obvious difference next to a mineral glass piece.
316L stainless steel as standard. Some Offshore references use ceramic bezels. The Royal Oak bracelet has that alternating brushed-and-polished pattern on every single link. Total weight on a 41mm Royal Oak comes to about 155 grams with the bracelet sized for a 7-inch wrist.

Third purchase from these guys. This time a Code 11.59 in rose gold. The double-curved crystal is wild, it sort of distorts the dial at steep angles just like the real one does. Movement keeps good time, maybe +6 seconds a day. Not bad at all.

Closer Look at Each Line
The Royal Oak is the backbone. Gerald Genta designed it in 1972 and AP had the nerve to make it in steel when every luxury watch was gold. Our catalog has 82 Royal Oak references. Sizes are 37mm and 41mm. Dials range from blue tapisserie to silver to black. Every case has those eight hexagonal screws on the bezel, and they sit flush, not raised.
The Offshore showed up in 1993. Bigger case, crown guards, a more aggressive look. Ours run 42-44mm and most are chronographs. Some have ceramic bezels. The rubber strap versions get a lot of orders because they wear lighter than you would expect for a 44mm watch. And the forged carbon models are genuinely hard to tell apart from the real thing in photos.
Code 11.59 launched in 2019. AP caught criticism at first but the watch grew on people. It is 41mm with a round case that hides an octagonal frame inside.
